Rookie of the Year 2024

Deadline for the CBOR Rookie of the Year 2024 is January 8, 2025.

Application MUST be submitted by the due date in order to qualify for submission.

Nominations are being sought for Caldwell Board of REALTORS® Rookie of the Year. The Rookie of the Year should demonstrate a commitment to the real estate industry, education, and the community.

​

Brokers, managers, and active agents are all eligible to nominate a candidate they feel would be deserving of this reward.

​

A scoring system will be used that is fair to all. The award will be open to those agents that have become newly licensed and active for one full year from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

*The following requirements must have been met between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024.*

Orientation & Dues = 5 Points
Attended State Convention = 5 Points
$1+ Million Gross Sales = 5 Points
CBOR Participation = 5 Points
