Top Producer 2024

Deadline for the CBOR Top Producer 2024 is January 8, 2025.​

Minimum requirements are as follows:

Proof must be provided of at least $2.5 million in gross sales from transactions closed between January 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024.

Proof is considered to be a printout of your firm inventory from Paragon and/or a copy of the HUD closing statement on non-MLS sales. To print out your proof of Paragon, go to search "Firm Inventory," then Solds, and put in the sold status beginning on 1/1/24 and ending on 12/31/24.

The committee has set the following partnership guidelines: You can get credit for the same percentage you are paid in the transaction. For instance, you have agreed that the co-listing agent will receive 25% of the commission, and you will receive 75%. You will be given credit for 75% of the sale, and your partner will receive credit for 25% of the sale.
